Original-Peddinghaus – CNC stop system, ID No. 556. Available in the sizes 400 × 1000 mm and 400 × 2000 mm. „Made in Germany“.

Suitable for the models: Hydraulic 502, Hydraulic 801, Hydraulic 1250, PeddiMax No. 1 and PeddiMax 1002.

Scope of Delivery:

Products description

Operating mode

The stop system travels from the tool center by max. 400 mm in the Y axis and by max. 1000 mm in the X axis. Guidance of the stop on both sides (left and right) prevents tilting; precise positioning via recirculating ball screw. The motors are equipped with an incremental rotary encoder.

Touchscreen control & network

User-friendly software with touchscreen monitor
Data entry in decimal inches or metric, selection of „Punching“ or „Centre-punching“
Graphical display of holes, hole centers, workpiece dimensions and production sequence
Program backup and read/write via USB memory stick
Ethernet interface for direct connection to the company network (programming at the workstation, transfer via FTP)
